Abstract posters will be presented during the Renal Week Welcome Reception & Scientific Exchange, sponsored by Zoetis, on Wednesday, April 14, 2027, from 6:30–9:30 p.m. in the Grand Ballroom of The Bethesdan Hotel.
All Renal Week attendees are strongly encouraged to attend, explore the posters, and engage directly with the presenting authors while enjoying complimentary refreshments.
Presenter Attendance
Presenting authors must attend the conference in person and be available to present and discuss their posters during the Poster Session & Scientific Exchange.
Poster Drop-Off
Posters must be delivered to the Renal Week Registration Desk no later than 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 14, 2027. Instructions and materials for displaying posters will be provided onsite.
Poster Dimensions
Posters may not exceed 48 inches wide × 72 inches high.
Required Poster Content
Each poster should include the following:
- Title
- Author names and institutional affiliations
- Email address of the corresponding author
- Introduction
- Methods
- Results
- Discussion
- References
Posters Presenting Study Designs Without Results
Posters describing a proposed or ongoing study for which results are not yet available should include:
- Anticipated Results in place of the Results section
- Research Questions in place of the Discussion section
The Research Questions section may contain a bulleted list of questions or discussion points that could influence the study design or methodology.
QR Codes and Supplemental Information
QR codes may be included on posters to allow attendees to download the abstract, access a digital copy of the poster, or view additional supporting information.
Poster Printing
Authors are responsible for printing and transporting their own posters. The nearest facility to The Bethesdan Hotel offering poster-printing services is The UPS Store. Authors are strongly encouraged to confirm printing capabilities, turnaround times, and operating hours directly with the store in advance.
Poster Removal
Posters may be removed beginning at 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, April 17, 2027, at the conclusion of Renal Week. All posters must be collected by 1:00 p.m. Any posters remaining after that time will be discarded.
